Parish Events, Classes, & Conferences

Throughout the year, Saint Anne’s Chapel provides many occasions for the sanctification of souls. Days of recollection are held separately for men and for women, offering a blessed time apart from the distractions of the world to pray, meditate, and renew one’s spirit before Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament.

Catechism classes are offered for both children and adults, that all may be well instructed in the immutable truths of the Holy Catholic Faith. At suitable times, parish conferences and devotional gatherings are also held, treating of Catholic doctrine, moral life, and the cultivation of virtue.

By these means, the faithful of Saint Anne’s are strengthened in grace, enlightened in faith, and encouraged to persevere in the service of Almighty God, ever mindful of the salvation of their souls.

The Heresy of Modernism & Its Effect on Our Time

In this ongoing series of conferences, Father Krug, guided by the encyclical Pascendi Dominici Gregis of Pope Saint Pius X, presents a thorough exposition of the heresy of Modernism and its underlying principles. He traces its rise and development within the Church, examines its profound influence upon the Second Vatican Council and the sweeping liturgical changes that followed, and explains why, in fidelity to the perennial Magisterium, we steadfastly hold to the traditions handed down through the ages.
